Dr. Linda King has been in practice for 30 years - 20 years as an ER physician and the last 10 years experience in the practice of alternative medicine.
After graduating from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy, Dr. King worked as a Clinical Pharmacist for 4 years before attending medical school in Kansas City.
With a background in pharmaceutical chemistry and knowledge of how most drugs are synthesized versions of natural substances, only the highest quality nutricuticals (pharmaceutical grade) are offered to her patients. Supplements are recommended based on state of the art testing.
Dr. King spends 1½ hours with her patients on the first visit to develop a thorough understanding of the patients mental, physical and spiritual concerns. She conducts an in-depth nutritional history and then develops a detailed recommendation. Patients must realize that their health and their family’s health is their choice.
Dr. King is a member of:
- The American College for Advancement of Medicine (ACAM)
- American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine
Both of these organizations have been instrumental in the development of practices for medicine of the 21st century.
Dr. King will look for the nutritional, biochemical & environmental causes and cures rather than blindly using drugs to cover up the symptoms. Every disease is NOT a deficiency of a drug (i.e.: if you’re depressed, you don’t have a Prozac deficiency).
